Monthly Work

This ‘specified services’ option result in a monthly fee of $500 + GST. These fees can be paid on any day of the month up to the invoice due date. The services are the same as the starter package but allow the spread of annual costs in monthly instalments, so as to avoid a big one off accounting bill when annual financial are done:

1. Preparation of 2 monthly GST returns.

2. Preparation of 2 monthly Management Reports for including:

a. Commentary highlighting key points

b. 2 Monthly Cashflow Report

c. 2 Monthly Profit & Loss

d. Balance Sheet

Xero monthly subscription for GST cashbook version will cost $30 + GST in addition.


Annual Work

This work will be charged on time and materials, is estimated to cost $2,280 and will be charged when the work is being processed. This work includes the preparation of annual financial statements, which satisfy all specific legislation, (completed before the second provisional tax date each year, being 15th January), annual Income tax returns for Company & shareholders, and a one hour face to face meeting to discuss year end financials and tax.
